We will need a fundamental foundation in relational collaboration to meet the extraordinary challenges of this time.
This gets built not in sweeping efforts, but in small pockets where shared values and aligned community intention and attention, and diverse perspectives coordinating to seed, foster, movement directed at points of leverage to make incredible and sustainable shifts.
The Cohado® Ecosystem Jumpstart Process
The Cohado® Emergent Development model is iterative. It is flexible in its capacity to scale in relationship to the need. The Jumpstart process is a quick yet deep dive into early initiative development, or significant needs for pivoting, focusing on a relatively quick movement through the Foundation Stages of the Cohado® Emergent Development model. This supports both relationship deepening and early innovation maximization. It can yield a go, no go, or go slow result, or open a totally new pathway to unimaginable results. When new elements and diverse perspectives are provided a safe place to germinate, the possibilities exponentially grow.
Cohado® offers both a comprehensive, ground-up development process and associated tools that anchor the design process in the hands of those who will be the central beneficiaries of the decisions made. Cohado® offers an iterative and emergent strategic design model that has been successfully applied throughout the country in small initiatives, and as the start of multi-year, idea to fruition scaled projects. The approach is anchored in cultural wisdom that provides an organic, regenerative and sustainable view to designing real solutions that are owned by the communities who engage in the process.
